I am a little delayed on posting our pictures from Valentines. We went with our friends to the Airplay Cafe for an 80's dance party. It is the perfect family venue where you can enjoy fun music, party with friends and drink a beer at the same time.

6 month appt. stats

This is one of my favorite recent pictures of Jonah, mainly because his hair is crazy!

We just got back from Jonah's 6 month appt. (we were a little late getting in for his well baby checkup).
Jonah weighs 20.12 lbs which puts him in the 95% and we have a tall boy on our hands-coming in at 28.75 inches long which puts him in the 100% for height!

Our pediatrician (who is awesome by the way-thanks to the Austins for a great recommendation) said to feed Jonah whatever (of the good stuff) and as much food as he wants. She said he is going to have a high metabolism.

Bend Weekend

Jonah is just shy of a week away from turning 7 months old!

We spent this past weekend in Bend to celebrate Ben Austin's 30th birthday. We had most of the gang; Heather, Ben, Jack, Jason and Reece. There was not tons of snow around the cabin, but we still made it out for a hike. We all got a very needed dose of vitamin d. Meanwhile, James and Ben went up to Mt. Bachelor and had a blast skiing.

It was great to see Jack and Jonah play with eachother. They were both learning about sharing and did a great job at it. Personally, my favorite moment of the weekend was when I got Jonah down for a nap and joined Reece and Jason outside-sitting in lawn chairs with a cold beer in the snow and reading magazines. It was fabulous-and made the mini vacation complete.
