Jonah starts teething and catches his first cold!

These past two weeks have flown by with Jonah starting to teeth and catching a cold! His teething symptoms began at week ten-but it was not until week 12 that we really put it together that he was starting to teeth. And his poor runny nose started earlier this week.

I knew it was inevitable for him to eventually catch his first cold, but it has still been hard to watch the poor kiddo battle a runny nose and congestion. But, he has been amazingly resilient and in mostly good spirits, despite also dealing with teething pains.

On top of it, I caught a cold too! This in itself has been an interesting experience, because in the past I could feel sorry for myself and sleep off the cold, but this time Jonah came first. But, thankfully we are both coming out of it--and are starting to feel better. This was the first day in two days that we left the house to get some very needed fresh air.

In the midst of not feeling well his smile made everything okay! And the support of family truly made a few rough days a lot easier.

Jonah turns 3 mths. old today!

I can't believe Jonah is three months old! Time is flying by...but we sure are having a great time! He is sleeping incredibly through the night--which makes for an active day, but we have no complaints about that because mama and papa are getting sleep.
